TAX Time

H2B applicant please review below reference FEES and / or other required payments. Fee-Related Notifications in reference to extension of in country H2B participants, and new H2B participants applying for a H2B work program in their home country, as outlined in 8 CFR 214.2(h)(6)(i)(B), 8 CFR  214.2(h)(6)(i)(B)(4).

The regulations prohibit payment or agreement to pay a fee or other compensation by a beneficiary to any facilitator, recruiter, or similar employment service as a condition of the offer of obtaining the H-2B  employment. 8 CFR 214.2(h)(6)(i)(B).

 

Required Payments

Please be advised, as a H2B participant living and working in the United States you are required to pay for your own support, health / welfare, such as housing, utilities, to include but not limited to telephone service, health insurance, transportation, food, clothing, state and federal income tax return  just to name a few.

All of the employers TES works with will secure health insurance, and housing for H2B workers, however, in order to accomplish this in most cases employers ask for a housing deposit, and/or first month rent to include but not limited to health insurance  paid in advance before participant arrives at place of employment so housing will be available upon participant arrival.

 

Seasonal  Nonimmigrant Employment Participant

 

Enjoy an experience of a lifetime, share the customs and culture of your country,  make new friends, and experience the customs and culture of the United States while living and working at a resort, amusement park, or maybe working as a swimming pool lifeguard. This is an excellent way to improve  your English communication skills, participating in the program also affords you an opportunity to travel and visit historical sites during your time in the United States.

OPEN Louisiana and South Carolina $7.25 Hotels and restaurants, positions such as housekeeping, front desk, etc. H2B participants there is  not a program fee but participants need to cover, housing deposit, health, and travel  insurance.

Q1 Cultural Visa program:

This is a 15 month program- Q-1 is cultural exchange program we need candidates who are well educated, have very good English/communication skills, have significant experience in hospitality or related fields. You need to know this program not only required to work but also requires organizing, plan and actively participate in cultural activities on a regular basis for the purpose of cultural exchange.

You will get $7.17 per hour. There are several locations as employer works with many hotels, restaurants and resorts located in different places, location will be decided once visa is confirmed. But once you get your visa and arrive to employer headquarters location, you will definitely be placed in a specific location.

Every applicant will need to do a paperwork process which includes signing up online. But just for this time, since we have limited time and we are about file the petition shortly, I would like you to send me your resumes for interviews it will be a Skype interview with us and a second telephone interview with employer. Applicants will have to call employer.

I have a few spots open, Petition will be filed next, so it is an immediate process.
