H2B Visa Guest Worker -Employment Opportunities

H2B participant you are required to file a TAX return no later than April 15. For assistance with filing your Tax return please contact one of our representative at the contact information listed below.
H2B applicant please review below reference FEES and / or other required payments. Fees in reference to extension of in country H2B participants, and new H2B participants applying for a H2B work program in their home country, as outlined in 8 CFR 214.2(h)(6)(i)(B), 8 CFR 214.2(h)(6)(i)(B)(4). The regulations prohibit payment or agreement to pay a fee or
other compensation by a beneficiary to any facilitator, recruiter, or
similar employment service as a condition of the offer of obtaining the H-2B
employment. 8 CFR 214.2(h)(6)(i)(B).
Required Payments
Please be advised, as a H2B participant living and working in the United States you are required to pay for your own support, health / welfare, such as housing, utilities, to include but not limited to telephone service, health insurance, transportation, food, clothing, state and federal income tax return.
All of the employers TES works with will secure health insurance, and housing for H2B workers, however, in order to accomplish this in most cases employers ask for a housing deposit, and/or first month rent to include but not limited to health insurance be paid in advance before participant arrives at place of employment so housing will be available upon participant arrival.
Seasonal Nonimmigrant Employment Participant
Enjoy an experience of a lifetime, share the customs and culture of your country, make new friends, and experience the customs and culture of the United States while living and working at a resort, amusement park, or maybe working as a swimming pool lifeguard. This is an excellent way to improve your English communication skills, participating in the program also affords you an opportunity to travel and visit historical sites during your time in the United States.
