EXTENSION FOR IN COUNTRY H2B – PARTICIPANTS 2008

The following are available positions for H2B visa extension. These positions are

available on first come first serve basis- Positions

will be updated weekly.

Requirements:

FIRST TIME EXTENSION

You will need to provide the following documents:

□ Color copy of your current passport

□ Color copy of your Visa (with date of your arrival to USA)

□ Copy of I-94- Both sides (all I-94’s if you’ve filed before)

□ At least 2 Pay stubs from current employer

□ Copy of your Social Security card ( signed)

□ Resume in English in Word document with a picture

□ Letter of recommendation/reference (from current or past employer in USA)

□ 2 Photographs

□ Receipt of your FEE- Payment ( according the positions that you choose)
