Detailed Description |
Duties will include cooking and preparing food in fast food restaurants with a limited menu. Cooks will be limited to preparation of a few basic items and involve operating large volume single purpose cooking equipment. You will also be taking customer’s orders and operating the cash register where you will be handling American money. Employees will also be marinating cleanliness of bathrooms and restocking bathroom and kitchen supplies. |

Required Job Training |
In order to work for this Fast Food restaurant you will need to complete on the job training for each position that you are assigned. |

Salary |
$7.50/hour |

Hours |
Employees will be offered a minimum of 30-35 hours per week. |

Overtime |
You may have the possibility to work overtime at a rate of $11.25 per hour. Overtime is determined by the need of the employer and the work performance of the employee. |

Expected Schedule |
All employees will be given a schedule upon arrival to the employer. All employees will receive a free meal during their shift. |
|
Dress Code |
All Fast Food employees must be in uniform at all times while on duty. A uniform consisting of a shirt, hat, and name tag will be provided upon arrival to your employer. Please bring black pants, (no jeans), and black soft soled shoes. |
|
Housing |
Housing is available at the Howard Johnson Hotel located at 6488 Richmond Ave. in Williamsburg, Virginia for a cost of $62.50 per week/per person based on four employees to each room. Rent will be due to the hotel, not the employee. Telephones, internet, and linens are provided by the hotel. |

Housing |
Housing is available on site in dormitory style apartments at the cost of $100.00 per week which is paid through payroll deduction. A security deposit of $250.00 is due upon arrival to program and will be returned to you at the end of your program if there is no damage to the facilities and you have completed the program in full. All rooms are equipped with telephones and internet connections. Please bring your own laptops. Linens are provided for you. Three students will be placed in each apartment. |

Winding of garden hoses and attaching fasteners to hold them together. This is a factory position; you will be working 8-12 hour shifts regularly. You will be working in a factory environment with constant movement and work surrounding you. |

A security deposit of $150.00 will be required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of your contract if the housing is left in good condition. Students are responsible for their own linens. You may bring linens or buy them when you arrive. |
