To be selected as an immigrant worker, you must, in particular:

• Be a skilled worker who has had one year of continuous full-time or equivalent part-time paid work experience in at least one of the eligible occupations within the last ten years: (check with us for details of eligible occupations).

• Hold at least one diploma that corresponds with Canada educational system.

• Knowledge of French and English are very important assets of your eligibility process.

 

Skilled Workers are allowed into Canada according to the number of points they score out of 100 on the following factors - age, education, work experience, language ability and adaptability.

• Your schooling (your level of education and area of training)

• Your work experience

• Your age

• Your knowledge English and/or French

• Your stays in Canada and relationship with a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident

• Having a valid employment offer (this applies only if you have received a job offer that meets certain conditions from a Canadian employer).

• Characteristics regarding your accompanying spouse or common-law spouse, if applicable

Other factors that will be taken into account when your application is assessed are:

• The number of children under the age of 22 who will be accompanying you.

• Your capacity for financial self-sufficiency (you must sign a contract confirming your commitment to provide for your needs and your family’s needs for at least the first three months following your arrival).

PROCESS

 

Preliminary Assessment:

The Applicant fills out the Preliminary Application and e-mail us a detailed resume or curriculum vitae. (Fill out and complete application on-line).

We will thoroughly analyze your current qualifications and you will receive a full report of your realistic chances of qualifying for a visa to Canada.

 

 Analysis & Assessment:

We will thoroughly analyze your qualifications and advise you of your realistic chances of qualifying for a given visa to Canada. We will explain any options that are available to you and offer solutions. We will take your case only if we feel that we can see it through to a successful completion. Once you decide that you wish to retain our services, you will be advised of our fees and your payment options.

 

 Professional Preparation of the File for Submission:

Our experts carefully analyze your particular case and all your submitted documents and consults you on which supporting documents are needed or missing. We put your best foot forward, by highlighting your strengths and improving on your fewer strong points. It is our job to make you look attractive and valuable to Canada.  Submitting The File:

Upon completion of our analysis, preparation, and revisions, of your documents, we will send to you a full package with your application and documents you will needed to sign. After you review and sign all required documents, you then need to submit your application package fully complete to the appropriate visa office.  It is the client’s responsibility to submit and pay all Canadian Embassy visa processing fees. After completing the document process your application and all required documents will be forwarded to you via physical mail.

 

Monitoring and Follow Up of Your Application:

As client file the application for himself all contact from the Visa office will be directly with the applicant. Our company will follow up on the case with client. If client is notified that a visa post requires any additional documentation or information we will assist you on how to address the issue accordingly.

 

Preparation for the Interview (when required): this stage is basically coaching client on what documents client needs to provide for the interview.

 

Factors That May Delay Processing of Your Application

 

  Missing documents;

  Unclear photocopies of documents;

  Documents not accompanied by a certified English or French translation;

  Verification of information and documents provided;

  A medical condition that may require additional tests or consultations;

  A criminal or security problem;

  Family situations such as impending divorce, or custody or maintenance issues;

  Completion of legal adoption;

  Consultation is required with other offices in Canada and abroad;

  Inquiring about the status of your application before the standard processing time end.

  You are not a permanent resident of the country in which you currently reside.

Clients are encouraged at all times to provide only true and verifiable documents and information.

Clients are encouraged to send their forms duly completed and signed the necessary official documents (appendices, declarations, etc.) and full payment (in Canadian currency only) of the required fees if not application will be returned to the applicants without being processed.
