Case file; during an investigation of an unrelated matter in the Oklahoma City area investigator discovered that several restaurant employed workers from Central, and South America who were in the United States illegal, also a couple of the restaurant managers [illegal alien] were reporting time for ghost employees. Managers not only were paid a manager's salary, but also pocket the ghost employee's salaries.

Pre-employment Background Screening, provided to businesses with legitimate business purpose. Background checks provide a factual basis for determining past and present behavioral patterns. We know pre-employment checks are time sensitive, in most cases our turnaround time is within three business days, however, this time may increase depending on your requirements. Areas checked include but are not limited to Citizenship, Education, Employment References, Social Security Number Verification, Credit Reports, and Law Enforcement/Court Records Check etc. Employer are you sure your employees are authorized to live and work in the United States?

Personal Injury Investigative services include but are not limited to, investigative support to Attorneys, Law-Firms, Insurance companies, and other business entities. Accident/incident scene investigation, photograph and/or videotape of the location, insure proper chain of custody of evidence, gather facts, locate and/or interview witness.

In most cases, Special Investigative inquiries are scoped as necessary to prove or disapprove specific matters requiring resolution. These include but are not limited to surveillance, records check, and/or interviews with potential knowledgeable persons.

Special Security Operations (Tactical) command and control of Tactical Command Center, Investigate incidents, collect evidence and insure proper chain of custody of evidence. Investigators use for this type of work have several years experience in the investigative industry with background in military and/or law-enforcement.

This type of investigation may be necessary to prove or disapprove suspicions the employer may have reference work place violence, missing or damage equipment or company property, drug/alcohol use in the work place. Also this type of investigation is a valuable management tool to use before, during, and/or after a labor dispute/union walk out.
